Established in 1993: Just For Fun Music is an holistic approach to music instruction; covering Technique, Reading and Improvisation. Just For Fun Music presents music in a way that appoeals to logic, emotion and humour.

Just For Fun Music is currently in the first stage of a three stage plan. Stage one has invloved setting up a successful teaching studio where all instruments can be experienced by the students, stage two will involve the setting up of workshops, whereby, students can attend weend and holiday courses in certain aspects of music. Stage three will involve the setting up of a music camp, much like an activity camp, where students - staying in, on site, log cabins - attend short courses. The courses will be organised in a manner that allows taster sessions of all instruments and all aspects of the music indusrty; well the fun bits: namely lighting, sound production, band work shops and so on.

95% said yes.

Of those that gave a negative results it was either the time or the day, not both, that they were not happy with.

What are your goals for your instrumental instruction?

A variety of results came from this question; some want just to play for pleasure, some to reach the dizzying heights of excellence and others just to improve on what they know. All students were happy that their individual goals were being met.

When asked if there was anything that is not being fulfilled by the tuition most said that they were happy. One student said that would like band practise in the lessons - we will try to accommodate that in some way.
